This video shows how the first generation prototype of Chefbot works. Currently our prototype has basic functionality. The robot can cook simple meals, for example, soup or vegetable stew.
About Chefbot
We are developing Chefbot - a cooking robot for home use, which can:
All in all it raises people living standards and relieves them of their everyday duties.
- cook different dishes according to user taste preferences;
- create shopping lists and order necessary products (ingredients for meal, snacks, fruits, etc);
- consider existing allergies or training schedule and calculate the amount of food needed;
- learn over time and come up with recommendations for eating;
- control the quality of delivered and remaining products.
All in all it raises people living standards and relieves them of their everyday duties.
Delivery system
Our idea is based on automated cooking at home and delivery of pre-portioned ingredients.
Preferences
After each meal, the system asks the user if he liked the meal. This information is used afterwards to adjust the recipe to the user's taste.
Individual order list
Periodically, the system will make up a list of required ingredients. Besides the ingredients, it will also be able to take care about other foodstuff, like drinks or snacks.
Delivery to the door
The user will only need to confirm the list, add more stuff which the system hasn"t predicted and pay for the order. All ingredients and other foodstuff will be delivered by a courier right to the door.
Put containers
You only need to put the containers into the fridge.
Individual menu
The robot will create for you an individual menu based on your preferences. For the people with health limitations, the robot will automatically make up a diet, taking into account any allergy or calorie concentration of the dishes.

Any meal, which you have chosen will be ready on time!
